vignesh is a real self-starter who can tackle anything. when he worked for me at corvia payments, i was impressed by the sheer volume of work he produced. unlike some high-producing developers, he is also quick to adopt and implement team standards, and can help re-enforce a culture of attention to detail. on our team, we was our resident expert on aws cloud-formation. he also independently took the lead on improving our continuous-integration processes. anytime we asked for a volunteer, he was first in line.
